Area & Infrastructure Management</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Oversee maintenance of plant infrastructure  buildings, roads, drainage, and water/sewage systems.</p></li> <li><p>Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.</p></li> <li><p>Support continuous improvement initiatives for facility upkeep and safety.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Housekeeping Management</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Supervise housekeeping operations across production areas, offices, and open spaces.</p></li> <li><p>Develop and monitor cleaning schedules; ensure 5S and EHS compliance.</p></li> <li><p>Manage service providers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Gardening & Landscaping</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Plan, develop, and maintain gardens and green areas within the facility.</p></li> <li><p>Oversee horticulture contractors and ensure timely upkeep and plantation activities.</p></li> <li><p>Implement eco friendly landscaping practices.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>5. CSR Project Support (Verification Role)</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Review and verify <strong>quantity and quality</strong> of civil works executed under CSR initiatives.</p></li> <li><p>Conduct site inspections and validate contractor bills, measurements, and workmanship.</p></li> <li><p>Provide technical feedback to the CSR and project management teams for documentation and approval.</p></li> <li><p>Ensure that all CSR works meet company quality and safety requirements.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>6. Vendor & Contract Management</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Prepare technical specifications, assist in vendor selection, and monitor performance.</p></li> <li><p>Ensure adherence to contractual terms, timelines, and cost control measures.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>7.
