&#xa0;<ul><li>Work closely with our Solution Engineers to deliver high-impact, customized demos to prospects and customers, highlighting advanced features, integrations, and technical capabilities based on specific customer use cases and business needs.</li><li>Act as a technical subject matter expert, addressing customer questions around architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and other complex topics during the demo process.</li><li>Build quick prototypes and customizations to demonstrate the integration capabilities of the Freshworks platform.</li><li>Develop tools that help automate the demo build process and create efficiencies for our Solution Engineers.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to develop demo strategies, create proof of concept environments, and provide content that helps facilitate the sales process.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot demo environments, ensuring that everything is running smoothly before customer presentations. Work with engineering teams to address any technical issues related to product demos.</li><li>Provide mentorship to junior demo engineers and sales engineers. Help train new hires and share best practices for delivering effective demos and handling complex customer queries.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>We’re looking for professionals with 3-5 years of professional experience. Experience as a Demo Engineer or in a related technical role is a plus.</li><li>&#xa0;Bachelor’s or Master's degree in CS/SE/EE/IS/MIS or related work experience is extremely desirable.</li><li>Experience with technologies such as Python, JavaScript (jQuery), Django, AWS (EC2, Lambda), HTML, CSS. Web development experience with Django is a huge plus.</li><li>Experience in designing web based solutions and understanding of microservices.</li><li>Mobile application development (iOS or Android) experience is a huge plus, including using mobile SDKs within apps.</li><li>Experience working with APIs (REST, JSON/HTTP).</li><li>Excellent technical skills and programming skills are a must for this role. You will rely on these skills every single day!</li><li>Guide team members with your technical expertise</li><li>Your ability to work on a cross-functional team and collaborate is key. You must possess solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>You are a highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency</li></ul>
