<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Delivery Manager to drive execution across Omio’s AI initiatives, ensuring effective coordination between multiple engineering, product, and data science teams.<br/> This role will provide delivery leadership across both Supply AI and Demand AI streams, reporting into the AI Core leadership and collaborating with stakeholders globally.</p> <p>You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, ensuring that high-impact AI initiatives are executed predictably, sustainably, and in alignment with Omio’s product vision.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Coordinate delivery across multiple AI product lines, ensuring cross-functional alignment between Commercial, Product, Data Science, and Engineering.</p></li> <li><p>Partner with technical leads to translate AI research and prototypes into production-grade solutions.</p></li> <li><p>Build and maintain a clear roadmap for AI initiatives, tracking dependencies, risks, and deliverables.</p></li> <li><p>Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams operate with efficiency, transparency, and focus on outcomes.</p></li> <li><p>Maintain alignment with business stakeholders and communicate progress, blockers, and timelines.</p></li> <li><p>Support talent onboarding and scaling within AI Core to meet strategic objectives.<br/> Drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics and retrospectives.<br/>  </p></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>5+ years of delivery management experience in technology or data-driven environments.<br/> Proven experience managing AI/ML or data platform initiatives end-to-end.</p></li> <li><p>Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.<br/> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.</p></li> <li><p>Ability to manage delivery across distributed teams and time zones.</p></li> <li><p>Experience in managing dependencies and priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams.<br/> A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and drives structure and clarity in complex initiatives.</p></li> <li><p>Well versed with Jira/Confluence ecosystem with strong project management experience</p></li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Background in software engineering, data science, or product delivery within AI or machine learning domains.</p></li> <li><p>Experience in cloud-based delivery (AWS, GCP, Azure).</p></li> <li><p>Prior exposure to LLM applications, RAG systems, or AI platform development is a plus.</p></li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p><strong>What’s in it for you? #LifeAtOmio</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have an impact.
