The company is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and is seeking a skilled Cloud Ops Engineer to strengthen its cloud infrastructure and automation capabilities. Role Overview:  The Cloud Ops Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated cloud-based infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in AWS Cloud, automation frameworks, and modern infrastructure practices. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, plan, and implement cloud-based systems and automation processes.</li><li>Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).</li><li>Implement AI-based tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.</li><li>Maintain best practices in security, observability, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Collaborate with the cybersecurity and architecture teams to ensure secure cloud deployment.</li><li>Automate patching, deployment, and infrastructure monitoring.</li><li>Apply FinOps principles to optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.</li><li>Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul> Required Skills: Must-Have:<ul><li>8+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Platform engineering.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Proficiency in AWS core services (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS).</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk).</li><li>Expertise in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).</li><li>Experience in AI or ML integration with cloud services.</li></ul> Good-to-Have:<ul><li>Experience with SAP Cloud (Hybris, Marketing, C4C).</li><li>FinOps techniques for cost optimization and reporting.</li><li>Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Amazon Q.</li></ul> Eligibility / Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</li><li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years in Infrastructure roles with 8+ years on AWS.</li></ul> Other Details:<ul><li>Notice Period: Immediate only</li><li>Work Type: Full-time</li></ul></body></html>
