Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.</p><p/><p><b>Role Overview</b></p></div>              </div>            </div>          </div>        </div>      </div>    </div>  </div></div><ul><li>Drive Supplier Quality Assurance and Development, including supplier qualifications, action plans, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Assist key suppliers in achieving industrial standards of excellence.</li><li>Become a certified expert (Certifying Agent) in Chemical Processes such as cleaning, stripping, etching, plating, anodize, paint, and DFL.</li><li>Document technical data for assigned projects in alignment with engineering policies and procedures.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance First Time Yield and delivery performance.</li><li>Collaborate with Design and Materials Engineers to improve manufacturability and producibility.</li><li>Conduct supplier audits, identify gaps in quality systems, and drive corrective actions to closure.</li><li>Solve problems using technical expertise, analytic thinking, and collaboration across teams.</li><li>Requires specialized knowledge within the chemical process function. Partner with suppliers in developing high performing chemical processes.</li><li>Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.</li></ul><p/><p>  <b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul>  <li>Candidate will have a strong technical background in the Chemical Processing space, with experience setting up chemical processing lines, managing their operation, and solving problems related to quality and production issues on those lines. In this role, the candidate will need to exhibit good priority management, with the ability to independently move projects forward to completion. Ideal candidate should have technical degree with at least 5 years’ experience and demonstrated background in working with multiple stakeholders.</li></ul><p/><p>  <b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>This role requires 5 years of advanced experience in the Chemical Processing space, with previous experience serving as a process expert in some of the following disciplines: Chemical Cleaning, Chemical Etching, Chemical Stripping, Plating, Anodizing, Paint, and DFL.</li><li>Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with additional experience working closely managing and problem solving the previously mentioned disciplines.</li></ul><p/><p>  <b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Significant Experience as Process Engineer / Process Owner over Chemical Cleaning, Chemical Etching, Chemical Stripping, Plating, Anodizing, Paint, and DFL processes.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
