Key responsibilities include,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><p>Analyzing business and functional requirements to drive meaningful test coverage</p></li> <li><p>AI-Driven Test Design: Leverage AI/ML for intelligent Automated Test Design for APIs, UI, and back-end systems</p></li> <li><p>AI Fluency in Practice: Utilize generative AI and other AI-powered tools for efficient test code generation, synthetic data creation, and anomaly detection within our applications and CI/CD pipelines.</p></li> <li><p>Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure test efficiency and effectiveness</p></li> <li><p>Contributing to tool development, CI/CD pipelines, and innovative quality solutions like test data management and heuristic analysis</p></li> </ul> <p> </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong>Your Experience </strong></p> <ul> <li><p>4+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering or Software Development in Test (SDET).</p></li> <li><p>Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or a similar object-oriented languages (2 years experience preferred)</p></li> <li><p>Strong practical knowledge and experience applying AI/ML concepts and tools to software quality challenges. This includes hands-on experience with generative AI for code/test generation.</p></li> <li><p>Experience in test automation framework development and tooling for large-scale systems</p></li> <li><p>Experience with AI-powered copilot tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Playwrite, Cursor & Amp) for script generation and development productivity.</p></li> <li><p>Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Harness</p></li> <li><p>Exposure to innovative QA practices like test data generation, mocking, or AI-based test insights</p></li> <li><p>Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, test design, and integration strategies</p></li> </ul> <ul><li><p>Strong communication skills and can-do attitude</p></li></ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p><strong>The Team</strong></p> <p>Our IT Quality Assurance team is responsible for ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to our business users.
