Our Women@WesternUnion&nbsp;program launched in 2015 as an employee-led group to advise executive management on steps the company could take to promote women's advancement. This program also helps drive additional initiatives, including unconscious bias training and mentorship circles. The group set a goal to reach 40% women in senior management and above by 2025.
 As of 2021, we've deepened our DEI strategy, focusing on hiring, development, promotion, retention, and cultural change. We named our first Chief Diversity &amp; Talent Officer, and hired specialized diversity recruiting and DEI program leads. And, women in senior management and above roles sits at 38%.
