This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and synchronization of key marketing data—including Key Messages (KM), Adoption Ladder & Barrier (AL&B) frameworks, and other content attributes across systems. The role also supports content retrieval, image sourcing, and system coordination to enable compliant, efficient reuse of assets globally. 1. Asset and Metadata Management<ul><li>Create, validate, and maintain Key Messages, Adoption Ladder & Barrier (AL&B) elements, and related metadata within platforms.</li><li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of information across brands, countries, and CRM integrations.</li><li>Update external identifiers and manage metadata consistency across systems.</li></ul> 2. Tagging and Governance<ul><li>Tag digital assets (e.g., multichannel slides, email templates, fragments) with appropriate Key Messages, AL&B, and other metadata attributes.</li><li>Maintain governance standards for metadata taxonomy, tagging accuracy, and DAM policies.</li><li>Support reporting needs for Brand and Content Production teams to identify and leverage existing assets efficiently.</li></ul> 3. Source File Retrieval and Archival Management<ul><li>Locate and retrieve native source files and high-resolution imagery from Amgen systems like Veeva, or legacy vaults upon request.</li><li>Coordinate with Regulatory team to recover or archive expired or missing assets within defined SLAs.</li><li>Ensure version control, documentation, and secure transfer of approved materials.</li></ul> 4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Support<ul><li>Partner with Brand, Content Production, external agencies and other stakeholders to align on asset workflows, metadata requirements, and data integrity.</li><li>Raise and track ISM tickets for new asset creation or synchronization issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot system or data errors in collaboration with regional DevOps and CRM teams.</li></ul> Qualifications & Skills: Required:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information management, Library Science, Digital Media, or related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, metadata operations, or library sciences.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Veeva Vault, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and DAM platforms (AGP or equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail, data accuracy, and content governance.</li><li>Experience managing multiple priorities in a global or matrixed organization.</li></ul> Preferred:<ul><li>Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing materials, regulatory processes, and compliance standards.</li><li>Working experience with metadata taxonomies and content tagging frameworks.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams.</li></ul>.</body></html>
