Recognises how own actions impact on compliance</li></ul> What you need to have:      <ul><li>Prior years of work experience</li><li>Graduate in any stream</li><li>Fair understanding of Insurance Broking business and dynamics</li><li>Good command over spoken and written English</li><li>Superior comprehension and articulation skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and organise tasks, work within stiff timelines</li><li>Eye for detail and innovative mindset</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to changes</li></ul> What makes you stand out: <ul><li>Insurance certification from The Institutes, USA</li><li>Post-Graduation/Certificate Courses in Insurance</li><li>Any prior experience on any insurance process</li></ul>While the above are basic requirements mentioned, the role may not be limited to only these listed.Marsh McLennan is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
