This key position will ensure optimal performance, configuration, and user adoption of our accounting technology stack at this fast-growing financial technology company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. </p> <p><strong>What will you do? </strong></p> <ul><li><p>Administer and maintain accounting software systems including user access management, system configurations, and security protocols </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accounting team software tools, resolving issues and escalating complex problems when necessary </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Monitor system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity across assigned accounting platforms </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Design and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for accounting software tools </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Train accounting team members on software functionality, best practices, and process improvements </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support accounting operations and system usage analytics </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Support acquisition integration efforts by configuring systems for new entities and ensuring seamless data migration </p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including license allocation and access provisioning </p></li></ul> <p><strong>How will you do it? </strong></p> <ul><li><p>Organization and Planning – Plan, organize, schedule, and execute system maintenance and support activities in an efficient, productive manner;
