About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Freshworks’ growth across France and Francophone markets in the Commercial segment (251–500 employees).This is a relationship-driven outbound sales role, ideal for fluent French-speaking professionals who can connect authentically with business leaders, uncover challenges, and position Freshworks’ value effectively.You’ll own your territory end-to-end — from prospecting to closure — backed by a dedicated BDR, regional marketing, and partner network.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a focused territory plan for France, targeting key mid-market verticals/industries.</li><li>Build and nurture pipeline through outbound prospecting, personalized outreach, and partner collaboration.</li><li>Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand business needs and craft tailored Freshworks solutions.</li><li>Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-based proposals to decision-makers.</li><li>Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure, with professionalism and pace.</li><li>Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and ensure pipeline visibility for accurate forecasting.</li><li>Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success for smooth handovers and post-sale success.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Native/fluent French speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills — confident in engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.</li><li>Any prior sales experience (B2B, B2C, SaaS, or consultative selling) is an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to manage a complete sales cycle, from pipeline creation to closing.</li><li>Familiarity with Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, or similar modern sales tools is a plus.</li><li>Organized, analytical, and self-disciplined — able to manage multiple opportunities efficiently.</li><li>Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in-office and aligned to European hours (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).
