Our mission is to develop, configure and maintain Data programs using a platform based on standards technologies & tools.We are seeking an exceptional Scrum Master to join our Digital M&S Data and Analytics team. As a servant leader and coach, you will help educate our Agile Product Team (Pod) in Scrum and Agile at scale practices, ensuring the agreed Agile process is followed. You will remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.Main responsibilities:• Facilitate pod ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements)• Work closely with the Product Owner and team to establish and refine effective processes• Coach the team through Epics and stories, ensuring they meet the Definition of Ready• Promote autonomous work and a spirit of continuous improvement within the team• Maximize team efficiency and productivity through Agile principles and practices• Leverage Built-In Quality practices and agile tracker tools (e.g., Jira)• Manage backlog and facilitate healthy team dynamics• Coordinate inter-team cooperation on large agile projects• Organize training sessions to promote and master agility practices• Communicate effectively with management and outside stakeholdersAbout you· Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or data analytics projects· Soft skills:• Good communication skills• Ability to work in a Global Team environment· Technical skills:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment· Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry• Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning processes• Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)• Experience with digital transformation initiatives· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)· Languages: EnglishPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
