The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of SAP TM processes, integration with core SAP modules, and a solid understanding of SAP’s product roadmap.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP TM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.</p> <p>• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze transportation management requirements and translate them into efficient SAP TM solutions.</p> <p>• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO, HCM) depending on the functional area expertise.</p> <p>• Provide functional support and enhancements across one or more process areas:</p> <p>o Quote to Cash (Q2C)</p> <p>o Record to Report (R2R)</p> <p>o Hire to Retire (H2R)</p> <p>o Procure to Pay (P2P)</p> <p>• Ensure system alignment with SAP best practices and future roadmap.</p> <p>• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide post-implementation support.</p> <p>• Work with cross-functional teams and technical consultants for seamless system integration.</p> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p> <p>• 7+ years of total experience in SAP with a minimum of 4+ years in SAP Transportation Management (TM).</p> <p>• At least 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in SAP TM.</p> <p>• Hands-on experience in configuration, business process mapping, and functional documentation.</p> <p>• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and transportation processes.</p> <p>• Good understanding of SAP’s product roadmap and integration capabilities with S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions.</p> <p>• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p> <p>• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>• Experience in S/4HANA TM implementation or migration projects.</p> <p>• Exposure to SAP EWM, SD, or MM modules.</p> <p>• SAP Certification in Transportation Management or related modules.</p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p>B.E or B.Tech,MBA</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>7+ years of total experience in SAP with a minimum of 4+ years in SAP Transportation Management (TM).</p></div></section></body></html>
