<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities :</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>MUST BE HANDS-ON IN SAP FICO. Either a Function Consultant or a Technical Consultant, both shall be suitable. </p></li> <li><p>Process Governance and Integration of BGSW business Processes ("SAP PEI") for FICO processes</p></li> <li><p>Responsible for definition and Optimizing BGSW FICO processes.</p></li> <li><p>Proposes and develops business processes to achieve continuous improvement</p></li> <li><p>Develops acceptance/functions test and aligns it with process chain testing along with Business teams</p></li> <li><p>Ensuring compliance of BGSW business processes to central governance standards, via respective BGSW Process Managers</p></li> <li><p>Focus on performance and customer acceptance of the entire process chain</p></li> <li><p>Ensuring compliance of BGSW business processes to central governance standards, via respective BGSW Process Managers</p></li> <li><p>Responsible for the assigned BR (Business Requirement) in the Agile process</p></li> <li><p>Responsible to coordinate with the PM for process approvals and the BR development</p></li> <li><p>Creates the BR and details the standardization of business processes based on respective PM, PCR and Process Board decisions</p></li> <li><p>Participate in decisions regarding changes within the process chain(s), challenging PM decisions if necessary and escalating for final decisions</p></li> <li><p>Involvement in initiatives, workshops, sessions, meetings, and projects that involve their process area by supplying information when issues arise</p></li> <li><p>Responsible for overall coordination of BR development in the respective area including data in all supporting tools (e.g. T&R, HP ALM)</p></li> <li><p>Representation in Process Board meetings, gathering information on Business Strategies, etc., and aligning with the fellow PCRs</p></li> <li><p>Responsible for the alignment / interface between process areas within and between process chains, evaluating impacts and interdependencies</p></li> <li><p>Identifies valid benchmarks against which effectiveness and efficiency of the process chain is regularly measured to ensure excellence.</p></li> <li><p>Participate in decisions regarding changes within the process chain(s), challenging PM decisions if necessary and escalating for final decisions</p></li> <li><p>Involvement in initiatives, workshops, sessions, meetings, and projects that involve their process chain supplying information with process teams when issues arise</p></li> <li><p>Responsible for overall coordination of BR development in the respective area including data in all supporting tools (e.g. T&R, HP ALM)<br/> <br/>  </p></li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong><u>Educational qualification:</u></strong> MBA Finance or ICWA.</p> <p>SAP certification preferred.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Experience :</u></strong> 8 years with industry experience in finance and accounting. Handling the finance roles. SAP Implementation/ Rollout/ Support experience preferred</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Mandatory/requires Skills :</u></strong> SAP FICO processes, Business planning, Forecasting. Good communication skills, presentation skills</p> <p><strong><u>Preferred Skills :</u></strong> Working in a corporate functions such as Business finance, Controlling.
