This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales operations to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence across all operational activities.</p></div> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Position Responsibilities:</h2> </div> <div> <p><strong>Sales Support & Collaboration</strong><br/>•Partner closely with the Country Head, Product Managers, and Sales Leaders to support and exceed sales targets.<br/>•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Service teams to enable strategic execution.<br/>•Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for sales processes (direct and indirect), driving operational excellence from lead to order.<br/>•Support tender and GeM-related processes in collaboration with business teams.<br/>•Work collaboratively with operations teams globally to align operational goals and enhance overall sales effectiveness</p> <p><strong>Strategic Planning & Analytics</strong><br/>•Lead the monthly forecasting, estimating, and business planning processes, aligning projections with revenue and volume goals.<br/>•Provide strategic data analysis to Country Head and Cluster Business Managers to support quality decision-making and identify growth opportunities, risks, and trends.<br/>•Ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics and deliver insightful dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>Channel Management</strong><br/>•Facilitate the Channel recruitment and termination processes in accordance with corporate guidelines<br/>•Oversee the Contracts renewal process of Channel and OEM to ensure timely compliance.<br/>•Administering the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partnership Plans process for Channel Partners.<br/>•Manage communication rollouts to Channel Partners as needed<br/>•Collaborate with the business for Channel product pricing updation and roll out to Channel Partners.</p> <p><strong>Team Lead</strong><br/>•Provide leadership and direction to the operations team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives</p> <p><strong>Process Optimization & Systems Integration</strong><br/>•Engage with global systems teams, Business team, and Shared Service Centers to ensure seamless sales process execution.<br/>•Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen, or other relevant methodologies to enhance operational processes,<br/>•Align and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to eliminate redundancies and streamline operations.</p> <p><strong>Compensation Plan Administration</strong><br/>•Collaborate with the Regional Compensation Manager to design and finalize annual compensation plans for the India cluster.<br/>•Establish annual sales targets for the sales team within the compensation systems and distribute individual plan documents to each team member.<br/>•Ensure accurate calculation and verification of sales incentive payouts</p> <p><strong>Project management</strong><br/>•Handle specific projects as identified by the International Sales Enablement Manager for Business Growth, improving Sales effectiveness and driving productivity</p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Required Skills & Education:</h2> </div> <div><p>•Master’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field;<br/>•Minimum 12 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a sales-driven organization.<br/>•Proven experience with forecasting, business analytics, and process optimization.<br/>•Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP (preferably SAP), and performance management tools.<br/>•Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team.<br/>•Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to anticipate issues, work proactively to address potential problems and design solutions<br/>•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.<br/>•Strategic thinking: ability to fully understand and contribute to regional strategies and drive performance in line with these strategies<br/>•Strong team-player and driver</p></div> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Desired Skills:</h2> </div> <div/> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Work Environment:</h2> </div> <div/> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Physical Requirements:</h2> </div> <div/> </div> </div> </span></body></html>
