Overview of the job: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the overall sales process.Role & Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social media platforms to identify and engage with potential customers. * Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information to facilitate the sales process. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and support the closing of deals. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales strategies and techniques to drive better results.This is an Individual Contributor role.Key Skills: B2B Sales, Cold Calling, Concept Selling, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Deal Closure.Sales Experience : 3-5yrsPreferably from a Banking/ NBFC DSA selling corporate WC solutions
