<html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p>Roles & Responsibilities:<br/> <br/> Develop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces specifically for SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).<br/> <br/> Experience in integrations using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and BIB.<br/> <br/> General understanding of how SAP HCM info type logic and processes and Success Factors<br/> <br/> Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.<br/> <br/> Experience in new custom extensions and analyzing existing extensions.<br/> <br/> Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.<br/> <br/> Perform system debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing HR applications.<br/> <br/> Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed applications and processes.<br/> <br/> Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/> <br/> Provide support and training to end-users as needed.<br/> <br/> Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, implementing improvements as applicable.<br/> <br/> <br/> <strong>Required Skills:</strong><br/> <br/> 3 to 6 years of experience in ABAP development, with a focus on SAP HR modules.<br/> <br/> Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, including reports, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancements.<br/> <br/> Experience with SAP Workflow and HR-specific enhancements.<br/> <br/> Understanding of HR processes and data management in SAP.<br/> <br/> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<strong>Preferred Skills:</strong><br/> <br/> Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP HANA is a plus.<br/> <br/> Familiarity with integration technologies (IDOC, EDI, etc.).<br/> <br/> Experience with Agile development methodologies.<br/> <br/> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/> <br/> Should have experience SAP HCM with Workday</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p>B.E / B.Tech</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>6 to 8 years of experience in SAP HR ABAP</p></div></section></body></html>
