1. Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Focus on Personal Order Booking (POB) from retail pharmacies to ensure that the company’s products are always available and prioritized.

Monitor and manage secondary sales to ensure a healthy stock rotation.

2. Market & Retail Coverage

Conduct regular field visits to retail pharmacies (Chemists) and wholesalers (Stockists) as per the Standard Visiting List (SVL).

Identify and open new retail accounts to expand market penetration.

Ensure 100% coverage of the assigned "patches" or beats within the territory.

3. Relationship & Channel Management

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key chemists, pharmacists, and stockists.

Manage the supply chain at the ground level, ensuring stockists fulfill retail orders promptly.

Handle trade-related issues, including product expiries, breakages, and credit/debit note resolutions.

4. Brand Visibility & Promotion

Execute merchandising activities (e.g., placing stickers, posters, or counter displays) to improve brand visibility.

Educate pharmacists on the efficacy, pricing, and "margin advantages" of the company’s generic offerings compared to competitors.

Organize and participate in chemist meets or small-scale symposiums.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Keep a close eye on competitor activities, pricing shifts, and new product launches in the generics space.

Provide regular feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) regarding market trends and customer requirements.

Submit daily call reports (DCRs) and expense statements through the company’s CRM portal.
