Objective: The Flow Chemist will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling chemical reactions using continuous-flow technologies.

Key Responsibility
•	Design and execute continuous-flow experiments for new and existing chemical processes.
•	Evaluate reaction parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, mixing efficiency) to achieve optimal yield, selectivity, and throughput.
•	Screen catalysts, solvents, and reagents suitable for continuous processing.
•	Develop kinetic and mechanistic understanding of reactions to enable scale-up.
•	Translate laboratory-scale flow processes to pilot or production-scale reactors.
•	Collaborate with process engineers, manufacturing teams, and safety specialists to ensure robust scale-up.
•	Operate and maintain flow systems (tubular reactors, micro reactors, packed-bed reactors, photochemical flow reactors, etc.).
•	Develop methods for continuous purification such as continuous extraction, membrane separation, etc.
•	Work closely with synthetic chemists, analytical chemists, engineers, and production teams.
•	Support development of new technologies and contribute to innovation projects in flow chemistry.

Qualification & Experience: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience in flow chemistry, continuous processing, or process development.
