Major purpose of the Job :

Subject registration and recruitment.
To work as a study custodian during conduct of BA/BE study.

Responsibilities:
Name
Volunteer Registration in Volunteer Management System (VMS).
Supervision of all screening related activities.
Filling of Volunteer Registration Form in VMS.
Performing & Obtaining Informed Consent for Screening.
Supervision of blood & urine samples collection & transfer to pathological laboratory along with
its request.
Checking screening records for completeness.
Preparation of final screening status report of volunteers as per their eligibility.
Communication with volunteers for screening and study as per requirements.
Obtaining height and weight during screening.
Work as study custodian to ensure the rights, safety and well-being of human study subjects
participated in the elinical study.
To explain & obtain Informed consent form as per SOP.
To prepare all practical arrangements e.g. canteen (with meal menu), supplies etc.
To facilitated Check in and checkout Procedure.
Archiving screening documentation and correspondence.
Work as study custodian to ensure compliance for approved protocols, SOPs and applicable
regulatory guidelines.
