Major Purpose of the Job:
- To develop cost effective and robust process of API.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To develop chemical process which is having least hazardous chemicals and cost effective
process of API in lab and the technology to be transferred at plant scale.
- To check the proof of concept of selected synthetic route.
- To develop cost effective, high quality and minimum environment hazardous process following
cGMP & GLP guidelines.
- Lab process development and its optimization and validation.
- To plan the experiments, execution of experiments and record in Lab Note Book.
- Prepare standard samples for KSM, Intermediates, Impurities and Finish products.
- To do characterization and identification of finished product, impurities and intermediates.
- To transfer the technology from lab to plant.
- Demonstration of lab and plant validation.
