And, you will have the support of our industry-leading Arista TAC, proof-of-concept resources, and executive team.<br/> <br/> <strong>What Will You Do?</strong><br/> We are seeking a <strong>Regional Head – North India</strong> to lead our growth agenda across Government/PSU/Defence and Enterprise segments. This role demands a leader with <strong>deep Public Sector expertise</strong>, strong executive presence, and the ability to shape strategic business outcomes in a complex, high-growth market.<br/> <br/> As <strong>Regional Head – North</strong>, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the full business charter for the <strong>North India region</strong>, covering Public Sector, PSUs, Defence, and large enterprise accounts.</li> <li>Build and maintain high-level relationships with <strong>senior government stakeholders, PSU decision-makers, CXOs, and strategic ecosystem partners</strong>.</li> <li>Drive Arista’s <strong>regional Public Sector GTM, policy alignment, and competitive positioning</strong>.</li> <li>Lead and coach a <strong>high-performance sales organization</strong> with strong execution discipline.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Regional Business Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own <strong>revenue, bookings, forecasting, and market share</strong>.</li> <li>Drive <strong>CXO-level engagement, account strategy, and competitive differentiation</strong>.</li> <li>Ensure the highest standards of <strong>sales hygiene, SFDC discipline, and predictable execution</strong>.</li> <li>Partner closely with SEs, Services, Marketing, and Channel teams for end-to-end delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Public Sector & Government Leadership (Core Charter)</strong></p> <p>Drive Arista’s engagement across:</p> <ul> <li> <strong>Central Ministries & Departments</strong> (MeitY, DoT, MoD, MHA, etc.)</li> <li><strong>State Governments & State Data Centers</strong></li> <li> <strong>PSUs / CPSEs</strong> across energy, transport, manufacturing, infra, and telecom</li> <li><strong>Defence & Critical Infrastructure sectors</strong></li> <li> <strong>National digital programs</strong> like Digital India, BharatNet, Smart Cities 2.0, India AI & Cloud missions, and cybersecurity modernization</li> <li>Key expectations:</li> <li>Build strong relationships with <strong>bureaucrats, program directors, procurement heads, and technology leaders</strong>.</li> <li>Navigate and influence <strong>tenders, RFPs, eligibility norms, compliances, and large-scale ecosystem programs</strong>.</li> <li>Position Arista in <strong>mission-critical modernization cycles</strong> across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI infra.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Policy, Compliance & Make-in-India Orientation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong command over <strong>MII (Class 1/Class 2) norms, local value addition, and public procurement frameworks</strong>.</li> <li>Engagement with government bodies like <strong>DoT, MeitY, DPIIT, TEC</strong>, and PSU procurement authorities.</li> <li>Align Arista’s offerings to regulatory and compliance standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Partner & Ecosystem Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish and govern a strong network of <strong>Govt-focused SIs, PSU integrators, national partners, and bid consultants</strong>.</li> <li>Lead partner enablement, compliance, and tender governance across the region</li> <li>Drive joint positioning for strategic programs in partnership with <strong>alliances, cloud providers, and OEM ecosystems</strong>. </li> </ul> <p><strong>5.
