Our consultants are at the heart of what we do, and we invest in their development to ensure they remain at the forefront of industry trends.  Role Responsibilities<ul> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Define performance test strategies, frameworks, and approaches tailored to client needs</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Lead performance test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting activities.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Own the delivery of non-functional testing across performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity areas.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Guide and support performance engineering teams across tooling (such as JMeter, K6, OpenText Performance Engineering (LoadRunner)) and monitoring solutions.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Drive performance environment readiness, data needs, and workload modelling.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Identify opportunities to enhance performance testing processes, frameworks, and delivery practices.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Provide coaching, direction, and support to performance testers and consultants.</li> </ul>  What We’re Looking For<ul> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong experience designing and leading performance testing strategies and solutions.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Hands-on understanding of performance engineering, bottleneck analysis, and workload modelling.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Expertise with performance testing tools (such as JMeter, K6, OpenText Performance Engineering (LoadRunner))</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Solid experience across non-functional testing methodologies and processes.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Familiarity with APM tools (such as Dynatrace, Datadog)</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Confident stakeholder and vendor management with excellent communication skills.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.</li> <li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Proven ability to mentor, guide, and lead performance testing teams.</li> </ul> Apply NowIf you're an experienced Performance Test Manager looking to make an impact within a leading consultancy, we’d love to hear from you.
