This position will also help identify, establish and maintain relationships with teacher training institutionsx26nbsp;to enable our schools recruit quality talent from campus recruitment initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Stakeholders:<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Internal: Functional Heads, Hiring Managers, Principals / Heads of Schools:<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>External: Candidates, Vendors, recruitment consultants, College placement officers,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Ensure a positive candidate experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Identify and develop sourcing pools, i.e. college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Publish Recruitment Dashboard<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>Key Success Factors<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Closing positions within the agreed SLAs<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Optimized cost per hire<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>Skills, Qualifications and Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Minimum 7 years’ experience in Recruitment.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Strong proficiency in English (Written x26amp; Spoken)<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><div>Proven track record of managing the end-to-end recruitment process.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Project and time management skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Should have business acumen and strong negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Experience developing and managing a team is preferable.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>The ability to manage social media is an added advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Experience in working on an ATS is highly preferable.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Effective analytical, critical thinking, writing and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Ability to understand, apply and use a variety of software applications, including sound knowledge of standard computing tools, including Microsoft Office applications, online databases, email, and web-based research tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div><div> <\/div><div>Looking for Local candidates from Hyderabad. <\/span><\/span><\/div><div>Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted. <\/span><\/span><\/div><div>Background verification will be conducted for selected candidate.<\/span><\/span> <\/div><\/span> </div></div></div></div></div></div></div> </div></body></html>
