We are looking for a dedicated, competent, dynamic and proactive individual having end to end cloud native product development experience in Python and ML.What you will do• Backend Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python, ensuring performant and efficient systems.• Team Leadership: Lead a team of highly motivated developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of excellence.• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive solutions.• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices, integrating them into the development process to enhance efficiency and quality.What you will bring• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Experience: 4–12 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python.• Technical Skills:o Proficiency in Python & Django/Rest API/FLASK/FAST API.o Experience with Micro Servies architecture.o Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Python).o Experience with Data Scrubbing and ML Libraries – Pandas, NumPy.o Kubernetes and cloud computing – AWS/Azure/GCP.o Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker) and automated testing.o Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).o Experience with Databases – MySQL, NoSQL.o Exposure to security best practices in system design and implementation.o Knowledge about end-to-end tests using Robot framework and wire-mock.
