For more info, please refer to www.keywordsstudios.com Requirements Keywords is hiring a Project Manager responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a AI project within a specified time frame, budget, and scope. The role involves managing resources, schedules, risks, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring the project meets its objectives. Key Responsibilities and Activities • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments. • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed. • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project remains within budget. Support the management of financials related to key contracts. • Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards and expectations of stakeholders. • Scope Management: Prevent scope creep by ensuring that any changes are documented, approved, and well-managed. • Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Project Delivery: Ensure the project is completed on time, meets the desired objectives, and is within budget. • Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals, reports, and findings to Global Service Delivery Lead, Executive Leadership team. • Manage, and track action items related to key service deliverables. technology trends, and resource needs Qualifications and Educational Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; finance degree preferred. • PMI or PMP certification preferred. • 6-10 years of experience in program management, business administration, or related field, preferably on AI Projects • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex business environments. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques to maximize efficiency. • Familiarity with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI Role Information: IN Studio: Location: Keywords India Area of Work: FQA Service: Globalize Employment Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time Benefits <ul><li>Cab Facility within Hiring Zones</li><li>Medical Insurance, Term Insurance and Accidental Insurance</li><li>Lunch / Dinner provided at subsidized rates.</li><li>Rotational Shifts </li></ul> </div></body></html>
