The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience.</p> <p><strong>Role within the project:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide support to Project Management Commissions, Design interface and taking responsibility for end to end service delivery in terms of Design management.</li> <li>To provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.</li> <li>To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Scope</strong></p> <p>Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project, etc.  Typically, projects fall within the Rs5cr to Rs10cr range.  When in a supporting role, the project size may be far greater.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design management</li> <li>Consultant appointment</li> <li>Commercial / budget management</li> <li>Team management</li> <li>Risk management</li> <li>Coordination with the site team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting</strong></p> <ul><li>Depending upon context, a Project Manager is likely to report to a Senior Project Manager </li></ul> <p><strong>#LI-AS1</strong></p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <ul> <li>Education - B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch – Civil/ Architecture</li> <li>Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.</li> <li>You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India preferably Data Center or commercial building projects, and have good technical skills.</li> <li>8 - 12 years of post-qualification experience in similar role.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>#LI-AS1</strong></p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p>Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
