against budget</li><li>Implement a monthly forecasting process to project final event outcomes within the budget tracker</li><li>Deliver revenue and contribution targets in line with approved budgets and forecasts</li><li>Increase event profit margins in alignment with the five-year strategic plan</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with contractual terms</li><li>Manage debtor collections to ensure full payment is received prior to the event</li><li>Produce high-quality weekly and monthly management reports, submitted on time</li><li>Prepare financial plans and budgets to support regional expansion initiatives</li></ul>Marketing<ul><li>Lead the development of marketing strategies and objectives for the event(s)</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to boost visitor numbers, enhance visitor quality, and improve the overall event experience</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry trade publications</li><li>Ensure all marketing materials align with DMG’s branding guidelines and standards</li><li>Oversee database growth and accuracy in coordination with the Database Department and Marketing Director</li></ul>Content<ul><li>Gain an understanding of technical by enhancing knowledge of the subject matter and industry trends</li><li>Direct the call for papers (CFP), organise, evaluate, and select submissions</li><li>Ensure the alignment of conference content with strategic objectives and overall event goals</li><li>Drive coordination with speakers, review proposals, and maintaining a high level of quality control to produce successful conference programs</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge<ul><li>No qualifications necessary a proven track record in Event Management is essential</li></ul>Minimum Experience<ul><li>10 - 12 years in events</li><li>5 - 7 years project management</li><li>5 - 7 years people management</li><li>3 - 5
