<html><body>The Program Management Governance Business Unit Sr Analyst is responsible for the governance of Citi’s Transformation Program and the related, centralized processes and procedures required to effectively manage the oversight and execution of the Transformation Action Plan. The Program Management Governance Business Unit Sr Analyst will be a subject matter expert for closure centralized processes and/or governance around status and tracking progress of consent order related CAPs and Issues across globally. The Sr Analyst will need to effectively partner with stakeholders across the COO and business functions to drive compliance with closure processes, drive towards efficient and sustainable best practices. This role will also involve in the creation, monitoring and automation of various reports and KPIs for senior management.The work performed by the Sr. Analyst impacts the effectiveness of the Transformation Office, which impacts the overall execution of the Transformation Program.
