<html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p>ABOUT YOUR ROLE: </p> <p>Responsible for all Day to day activities of Order  Management,Order Follow up,Status update on daily basis and other department related activities but not limited to the following:</p> <ol> <li><p>Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products</p></li> <li><p>Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay</p></li> <li><p>Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. </p></li> <li><p>Capacity planning for one or multiple product line .Validate demand vs capacity gaps and take actions to fill the gap</p></li> <li><p>Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget</p></li> <li><p>Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption</p></li> <li><p>Collaborate with Production,Material Planning,Quality control, warehouse and other staff.</p></li> <li><p>Team Work -work closely with production and customer service on order management and coordinate effectively to avoid any delay</p></li> <li><p>Work under minimum or no supervision with best results and set KPI Targets<br/>  </p></li> </ol> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p>WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:</p> <p><strong>MUST HAVE : Python, Java, Java script, SQL experience is must.</strong></p> <ol><li><p>Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Pre Production Planning and Manufacturing of products </p></li></ol> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>B Tech,Graduation/Diploma with 3-4 year of experience in supply chain Planning ,pre production planning .</p> <ol> <li><p>Knowledge of Manufacturing ,Printing industry background will be an advantage.</p></li> <li><p>Must be fluent in English and local languages.Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills.</p></li> <li><p>Understanding of supply chain ,manufacturing & Order management.</p></li> <li><p>Knowledge of BOM,ROUTING is mandatory. </p></li> <li><p>Should be good in E-mail communication with internal and external customers and suppliers.</p></li> <li><p>Excellent in Excel and Macro and software knowledge will be an added advantage.</p></li> <li><p>Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new things quickly and should be ready to accept changes as and when required.</p></li> <li><p>Should have the ability to work with a team, have time management and organizational skills.</p></li> <li><p>Should be result & detailed oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity.</p></li> <li><p>Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision in the fast paced manufacturing environment. </p></li> <li><p>Strong coding experience in Python, Java, Java script, SQL.</p></li> </ol> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
