Major Purpose of the Job: (Exactly spell out key deliveries/results expected from this job):
The jobholder shall be responsible for execution and preparation of marketing collaterals, data collation,
presentation and supporting the product management team in the day to day activities.
 Making visual aid and cycle wise & promotional inputs as per brand requirement.
 Prepare presentations and communication with the field force
 Perform all the back end activities required for marketing team.
 Preparing Profit & Loss statement on quarterly basis to track & control the budgeted costs as per the
brand plan.
 Monitoring performance against set targets both internally & externally.
 Creative campaign designing & ensuring the implementation to enhance the brand image in customer’s
mind
 Coordinate with different departments to procure promotional tools i.e. samples,
 Facilitating all the marketing, communication support in order to arrange the KOL doctor’s International
visit for Symposia, CME programme
 Ensuring adequate stock availability at distribution centers.
 Providing training to the field staff time to time
 Training of sales force for implementation of promotional strategy, USPs etc
 Travel to locations to oversee implementation of marketing programs
 Key customer Development (CRM activities)
