(Work from Office)</p><p><strong>Work Timings:</strong> 8AM to 5 PM / 11AM to 7 PM</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>On weekly basis review payment schedule, prepare payment proposal, Bank upload of payments & coordinate with approvers to approve payments in Bank<br />Review processes performed by team members and ensure effective work allocation<br />Overall ownership of reporting daily performance in AP<br />Responsible for finalizing SLA and KPI reporting<br />Helpdesk –Maintain customer/vendor service relationship<br />Coordinating with purchasing department & other Departments for Vendor creation & Master data maintenance<br />Maintain production trackers, issue logs etc.<br />Conduct huddles / team meetings to review open issues<br />Responsible for reviewing and maintaining Desktop procedures and having them up-to-date.<br />Drive improvements within the processes.</p>
