We are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a Principal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our organization, leading complex projects, and mentoring other engineers.<ul><li>Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems</li><li>Lead the development of complex, large-scale projects from conception to deployment</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams</li><li>Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines</li><li>Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality across projects</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve our tech stack</li><li>Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies</li><li>Represent the engineering team in high-level discussions with stakeholders</li></ul>
