Position Summary: You will ensure accurate people data and smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with People Services, Customer Support and other partners to process transactions, resolve queries, and maintain high data quality. Responsibilities:</li><li>Experience in Workday Transaction management and ServiceNow ticketing tool.</li><li>Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately and on time in Workday, including Create, update, and maintain job positions and Requisitions within the HR or organizational management system.</li><li>Ensure position data aligns with organizational structure, budget, and workforce plans.</li><li>Monitor vacancies, position changes, and staffing movements</li><li>Experience of working in a HR Shared Services, Support Centre or Customer Support environment.</li><li>High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.</li><li>Excellent written (language/grammar) and verbal (listening/speaking) communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work either independently or as part of a team, in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.</li><li>Support audits by providing up-to-date position records with critical attention to detail.</li><li>Perform bulk data updates and manual entries while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.</li><li>Manage Workday inbox actions, system validations and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.</li><li>Respond to employee and manager queries, escalating complex issues to subject matter experts when needed.</li><li>Help identify process improvements and support knowledge management and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service standards are met and HR operations run smoothly.</li></ul> Why You?
