<html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p>The <strong> Operations Head </strong>will be part of the Colliers Project Management team, and responsible for managing operations in Delhi / NCR and at a later stage North India.</p> <p>This role requires a hands-on approach and deep engagement with Colliers Project teams, Clients, and stakeholders at every stage of the project's lifecycle. To summarize:</p> <ul><li>Regular Visits: You will be expected to visit all project sites regularly. This means staying on top of the progress, identifying any issues early, and ensuring that the work is being done according to the plan.</li></ul> <ul><li>Client Interaction: To have regular meetings with Clients and update them on the project’s progress, address their concerns, and manage their expectations. Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.</li></ul> <ul> <li>Team Coordination: Facilitate meetings with site teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.</li> <li>Expertise and Value Addition during project cycle including defining development strategy with project team and ensuring that the project aligns with the company’s goals and client expectations.</li> </ul> <ul><li>Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects during the design, procurement, and construction stages, offering expertise on feasibility, buildability, value addition, value engineering, schedule, implementation of micro-schedules by site team, hand-holding project team to implement procedures and to effectively ensuring that all activities are well-coordinated and efficiently executed.</li></ul> <ul> <li>Actively engage in on-site construction activities, providing guidance and support to the site team.</li> <li>Point of Escalation: Serve as the main point of contact for project delivery issues and for any issues that arise, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.</li> <li>Overall, the role is critical from point of view of ensuring that the projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.</li> </ul> <p> </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p>B.E / B.Tech - Civil</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>The candidate should have excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communications, and writing<br/> skills.
