Act with urgency and respond to customers within 24 hours.</li><li>Optimize Cash Flow: Ensure cash neutrality with timely contract modifications and invoicing. Favourable SUA, SOW, and Contract Modification (Change Order) payment schedules, adhering to MSA advances, and ensuring adequate advances throughout the study.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage Out of Scope (OOS): Keep past OOS below 2% of the executed contract value and review future OOS during Monthly finance reviews and proactively seek PL’s input on accuracy and/or coverage. Track OOS using the tool and templates provided</li><li>Forecast Accuracy: Improve forecast accuracy for direct and indirect costs.</li><li>Finance Reviews: Host monthly finance reviews using designated tools.</li><li>Month-End Compliance: Adhere to month-end compliance, deadlines, and deliverables.</li><li>Effective Tool Use: Utilize the tool effectively to keep healthy study financials.</li><li>Reduce Revenue Adjustments: Minimize revenue adjustments and understand month-end drivers.</li><li>Minimal Manual Adjustments: Limit post month end manual adjustments.</li><li>Enhance pickup calculations for better forecast accuracy and adopt new tools.</li><li>Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements, optimizations, and automations.</li><li>Financial Controls: Drive excellence in internal financial controls, audit readiness, and reporting processes.</li><li>Audit Readiness: Be audit-ready 100% of the time and achieve zero findings in statutory, interim, and year-end audits.</li><li>Issue Escalation: Escalate issues like slow Contract Modifications, CNFs, Overspend escalation, and lack of response.</li><li>Follow-Up: Ensure action items are completed by Ops and stakeholders.</li><li>Close Process: Support the acceleration of the close process.</li></ul></body></html>
