This role is responsible for providing Sales and Admin support to the region and enable the Regional Business Manager to achieve and exceed their sales targets and business objectives. He/she ensures quality execution for the Country Operations Processes and needs to interface with the local Sales team, Vertical Managers, Corporate team, Supply Chain & Logistics, Regulatory, Service Operations and the Shared Service Center in Mumbai to ensure efficient and timely handling of our Lead to Order processes of the region he/ she works for. This role supports the RGM and India Sales Operations manager in implementing a sound operating mechanism as well as internal policies and guidelines at Country/Cluster Level.</p></div> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Position Responsibilities:</h2> </div> <div> <p><strong>Sales Operations</strong><br/>•Collaborate closely with Regional General Managers to help them achieve and surpass sales targets.<br/>•Support the Sales team including order processing (C4C), business case preparation, approvals as per matrix and ensuring compliance across all stages<br/>•Maintain audit related documents for compliance, with zero non-conformities in business operations<br/>•Liaise with Finance, COS, and Logistics teams to facilitate timely payments, stocks, billing, dispatch, delivery, and product returns.<br/>•Support Sales and Channel Partners with tender related documents and activities<br/>•Provide end-to-end support for orders secured through tender processes.</p> <p><strong>Channel Management & OEM Support</strong><br/>•Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners, End Customers and OEMs, assisting with their orders, queries, and operational needs.<br/>•Facilitate the Channel recruitment and termination processes in accordance with corporate guidelines.<br/>•Track and monitor the Channel Partner onboarding journey.<br/>•Oversee the renewal process of Channel and OEM Contracts to ensure timely compliance.<br/>•Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partnership Plans with Channel Partners.<br/>•Manage communication rollouts to Channel Partners as needed.<br/>•Support Channel Partners with Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Anti-Corruption & Bribery (ACAB) checks.</p> <p>General Administrative Support<br/>•Manage day-to-day facility operations, including vendor coordination and compliance.<br/>•Create annual Purchase Requisitions for Vendors.<br/>•Provide comprehensive office administration support.<br/>•Co-ordination of office supplies and petty pash management<br/>•Support the business team with Travel and Hotel booking as per the process.<br/>•Assist with pricing administration and support internal audit processes.</p> <p><strong>Adoption & Business Process Support</strong><br/>•Work alongside the India Operations Manager to implement and improve various business processes.<br/>•Maintain SAP data including master data, customer account creation, and E-shop management.<br/>•Ensure smooth usage and troubleshooting support for tools such as C4C, BMI, GeM , SAP, Sirion , and Evolve.</p> <p><strong>Project management:</strong><br/>•Handle specific projects as identified by Operations Manager for Business Growth, improving Sales effectiveness and driving productivity</p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Required Skills & Education:</h2> </div> <div><ul> <li>Minimum 7-8 years of previous similar work experience</li> <li>Excellent communication skills on all levels</li> <li>Self-Initiator</li> <li>Strong Analytical Skills</li> <li>Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work</li> <li>Excellent Excel Skills</li> <li>Strong project management skills</li> <li>Good problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation and relationship skills</li> <li>Must be resourceful in seeking out information, sales tools, and documentation from many internal and external sources.</li> <li>Able to work without close supervision</li> <li>Strong team-player and driver (particularly across a virtual network)</li> </ul></div> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Desired Skills:</h2> </div> <div/> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Work Environment:</h2> </div> <div/> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Physical Requirements:</h2> </div> <div/> </div> </div> </span></body></html>
