•	To ensure compliance of cGMP requirements & Good Engineering Practices, other statutory laws rules and regulations.
•	Planning & execution of work and manpower on day to day basis for HVAC related work. 
•	Ensure the Project execution Erection & commissioning to be complete with in timeline of All HVAC system & related Utility.
•	To operate HVAC system in manual and from BMS for HVAC
•	To handle EMS system and its operation for HVAC
•	To Perform Preventive maintenance & filter cleaning of the HVAC system.
•	To maintain the Log books and documents work for the HVAC
•	To handle trouble shooting of the HVAC system manual or BMS, EMS system. 
•	To ensure Qualification & documentations of all HVAC equipment's done as per requirement.
•	To ensure effective planning and execution of preventive maintenance to improve the efficiency level of HVAC system & Utility.
•	To Co-ordinate with vendors for complete the Installation, Qualification Activity within timeline related to utility.
•	Ensure that there is development & implementation of procedure related to operation and maintenance.
•	Ensure to minimize Power consumption without effecting production schedule. To work in close co-ordination with project department for smooth taking over and transitions of any new system and project.
•	Ensure inventory management of spares in close co-ordination with immediate supervisor.
•	To streamline the working of HVAC system by means of defect analysis.
•	Prepare/ implementation of all the cGMP documents and maintains all the relative records.
•	Co-ordination with internal CFT team for the Maintenance and operation activities of HVAC system.
•	Regular reporting to the immediate supervisor of the critical issue arising during the operation and regular update of the corrective action being taken.
•	Any additional task on job role will be assign by the management /Reporting manager.
•	To maintain the safety practice during plant operation and maintenance.
•	To complete all the task assigned by reporting manager.
