The role involves configuring and troubleshooting  routing on core and client-edge devices such as Juniper MX, Cisco ASR 4K platforms. You will lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives including new data center deployments, network upgrades and migrations from legacy environment's to SD-WAN or modern architectures. the position also demands maintaining up-to-date technical documentation, creating network Visio diagrams, performing advanced routing, firewall research and delivering 24x7 support for network service continuity.About the TeamYou will be part of highly skilled global network team. This collaborative environment fosters knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement in network operations.What you will be doing<ul><li>Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting routing on core and client edge devices (Juniper MX, Cisco ASR 1K, ISR 4K etc).</li><li>Driving large projects which includes setting up new Data center or upgrading existing infrastructure.</li><li>Migrating Clients from Legacy setup to SD-WAN or new Architecture. Supporting end-to-end migration and turnover activities.</li><li>Maintain standard technical documentation and creating Visio diagrams for Core and Client connectivity.</li><li>Routing and Firewall rules implementation for new client application or branch addition.</li><li>Responsible for new client turnup. Individual project handling and completion as per SLA.</li><li>Support 24*7 for Network service delivery in an efficient and effective manner.</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>Overall with 9 to 12 Years of Experience in Enterprise WAN.</li><li>Professional certificate: CCNP (R&S) or CCNP (SP) is a must, Good to have Juniper Routing or security.</li><li>In depth understanding and hands on experience of Network protocols (TCP/IP) and Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF and BGP)</li><li>Expert knowledge of VPN Tunneling protocol such as IPSEC (IKEv1 and IKEv2), GRE, DMVPN and Flex VPN.</li><li>Good understanding of WAN Technologies (MPLS).</li><li>Good knowledge on Nexus platform and Load Balancer (F5, Citrix)</li><li>Understanding of Network operating system (Cisco IOS, JUNOS, NX-OS, IOS-XE)</li><li>Knowledge in configuring Netflow, SNMP and Tacacs concepts.</li><li>Sharp troubleshooting skills and ability to work Independently.</li><li>Network Automation using Ansible, AWX, Python.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting Network traffic Flow, Packet analysis/capture and Monitoring.</li><li>Flexible to work in night shifts or weekends as business demands.</li><li>Good communication skills to work with clients across US/EMEA/APAC</li></ul>What we offer you<ul><li>Competitive salary and a fantastic range of benefits designed to help support your everyday life and wellbeing.</li><li>Time to support charities and your community.</li><li>A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect.</li><li>An expansive range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is a final career step!</li></ul>Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
