Fidelity International

Fidelity provides Creche facility to its employee and collaborated with Medham located in Gurgaon office location. The cost of this is borne by Fidelity for children up to the age of 6 years. If employee opts for a creche facility of their choice instead of company provided facility, the Company also reimburse the actual monthly charges paid by an employee, subject to a maximum of INR 8,000/- per month per child up to the age of 6 years.

We offers twenty-six (26) continuous weeks of paid leave to all employees of the company.

Family Care Leave: 
We offer five days paid leave in a calendar year to look after family members in need of care. This is to support employees so they can balance their work and family responsibilities.
Dynamic working: 
Depending on the nature of the job, our Dynamic Working policy offers most of our people the flexibility to manage their own working pattern and get a balance between office working and home working.

Other

All permanent and fixed term employees of the company are eligible for paternity leaves of total of continuous twenty-six (26) or in two batches within 12 months of the birth of the child
