<html><body> Job Description:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing.</li><li>Developing scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.</li><li>Contributing to implement repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, & incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.</li><li>Working in a dedicated squad team and helping to drive product quality.</li><li>Ensuring all assigned testing deliverables timelines are met within the sprint and product release.</li><li>Creating and communicating test reports for stakeholders such as the principal engineer, product owner, scrum master, & release management.</li><li>Liaising with business users, business analysts and engineers to ensure that any assigned defects are resolved.</li><li>Maintaining awareness of external environments and trends in testing, in order to contribute to the improvement of Smartgroup testing processes and assets.</li><li>Promoting productivity through test automation tools, methodologies and best practices.</li><li>Coaching and training other team members on manual and automated testing.</li><li>Adapting Smartgroup new way of working, finding ways to continually improve, and actively participating in squad events.</li><li>Manage risks, issues and escalations as needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years software testing experience</li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics or equivalent  work experience</li><li>Experience in both manual and automated testing including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating and test coverage.</li><li>At least 3 years of automation testing experience.</li><li>Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Java, Maven, & Postman.</li><li>Demonstrated skills with REST and SOAP webservices, & API testing</li><li>Familiarity with AWS DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution</li><li>Experience testing web, mobile and windows applications.</li><li>Ability to work across multiple products / platforms / squads.</li><li>Agile methodologies.</li><li>Regular use of a defect and test management system such as JIRA, Confluence & SharePoint</li><li>Demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth</li></ul> At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
