The primary objective is to lead a team of analysts and developers to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful MIS in a complex environment utilizing SAS, Python, databases, and Tableau. This individual will be a strategic leader, responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of all MIS initiatives.<br/><br/><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li><b>Leadership and Management:</b> Lead, mentor, and develop a team of MIS professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.</li><li><b>MIS Execution:</b> Oversee the end-to-end execution of all MIS deliverables, from requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Management:</b> Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring that the MIS team is delivering value to the business.</li><li><b>Technology and Environment:</b> Provide technical leadership and guidance in a SAS-Python/Database/Tableau environment, ensuring that the team is using the right tools and technologies to meet business needs.</li><li><b>Process Improvement:</b> Drive process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the MIS function.</li><li><b>Strategic Planning:</b> Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the MIS function, aligning with business goals and objectives.</li></ul><p/><p><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 12+ years of experience in MIS or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing MIS executions for a large user base.</li><li><b>Leadership Skills:</b> Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.</li><li><b>Technical Expertise:</b> A strong understanding of the technologies used in the MIS environment, including SAS, Python, SQL databases, and Tableau. While hands-on expertise is not required in all areas, a strong conceptual understanding is essential.</li><li><b>Business Acumen:</b> Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align with business priorities.</li><li><b>Communication and Influence:</b> Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive change at all levels of the organization.</li></ul><p/><p><b><u>Education:</u></b></p><ul><li>Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics is required.</li></ul><p/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent
