That’s why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.   Why Honeywell Aerospace? Honeywell changes the way the world works. For more than 130 years, we’ve solved the toughest customer challenges through a rare combination of our industrial expertise and our innovations in groundbreaking software and technology, and industry-leading automation.  This perfection is built on a foundation of inclusion, diversity and driving a performance culture that values integrity and ethics.  Qualification and Experience:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical / Aerospace from a reputed university.</li> <li>Industrial relevant experience in Aerospace components analysis (Preferably on Engines and related components)</li> <li>Good understanding of Gas Turbine Engine components and Design for Performance and durability (Lifing).</li> <li>Mean line 1D & 2D aero-thermodynamic design of Axial Turbine stage</li> <li>Good hands-on experience on Aerodynamic analysis, Turbulence theory.</li> <li>Strong Basics in Fluid Mechanics, Turbomachinery, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Numerical Methods, and Finite Volume Analysis concepts.</li> <li>Expert in interpreting and understanding CFD results, post- processing, preparing detailed analysis report and propose suitable design changes based on CFD analysis.</li> <li>Academic/Professional exposure in MATLAB/C/C++/Python/FORTRAN/Ansys ACT or equivalent programming languages for flow/heat transfer/similar analysis would be preferred.</li> <li>Should possess Interest towards development of Engineering tools and script generation for pre/post and solver automation.</li> <li>Expert in using at least one CFD tool.</li> <li>Proven ability in bringing new design concepts</li> <li>Experience in working with geographically distributed stake holders.</li> <li>Innovate on new technology insertions into the products, continuously look at embracing the changing market trends.</li> <li>Should be good at multi-tasking.</li> <li>Should be a team player with good interpersonal & networking skills.</li> <li>Strong communication & presentation skills.</li> </ul>  Desired Skills:<ul> <li>Practitioner level expertise in StarCCM+, Numeca AG5, Fineturbo, Ansys Fluent, AxCent tool and at least one other CFD tool. </li> <li>Hands on experience on CAD tool-NX & SpaceClaim.</li> <li>Hands on experience on Data Analysis, Statistical & Process Improvement Tools like MiniTab.</li> <li>Programming/coding skills in Python or any other coding platform.</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills with employees at all levels.</li> </ul>  Behaviors:<ul> <li>Have a Passion for Winning: Never give up in the face of resistance and setbacks.
