<html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p><strong>Job Purpose / Objective                                     </strong></p> <p>Develop the overall regional communication strategy for Mobility Business in India                                  </p> <p>Setup and control regional communication plan                                </p> <p>Conduct regional campaigns and co-marketing activities incl. transformation communications                                      </p> <p>Ensure compliance of regional marketing activities with Bosch brand positioning requirements and Bosch Mobility  communication strategy                                </p> <p>Responsible for regional-specific academy for product description and internal trainings           </p> <p><strong>Communications Strategy </strong></p> <ul> <li>Define, implement and track overall regional communication strategy in close alignment with all relevant domains and business units for the region</li> <li> Develop and execute a multi-level communication roadmap tailored for executives, managers, and employees across divisions and at enterprise level</li> <li>Transfer of Bosch Mobility strategy into regional communication plan in alignment with corporate guidelines  and relevant domain.</li> <li>Setup and control regional communication plan</li> <li>selection of communication channels relevant for the specifically detailed target group and content production for each channel (incl. regional adaptation of domain content prepared by domain communicators)"                    </li> </ul> <p><strong>Campaigns</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and conduct regional campaigns, transformation communication and co-marketing activities in close alignment with relevant domain communication teams</li> <li>Ensure compliance of regional marketing activities with Bosch brand positioning requirements and Bosch Mobility communication strategy</li> <li>Lead transformation events – collaborate with business stakeholders and consultants to coordinate workshops, surveys, townhalls, and internal launches.</li> <li>Performance analysis for communication activities in the region</li> <li>Customer service/request coordination (1st/2ndlevel support) for digital touchpoints in the region</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge Mgmt.            </strong></p> <ul><li>Drive regional-specific academy for product description and internal trainings</li></ul> <p><strong>Resource Management  </strong>       </p> <ul> <li>Manage regional communication team (communication team on regional level that implements all communication activities for the regions in close cooperation with relevant GB communicators, e. g. regional campaigns)</li> <li>Manage communication budget for the entire region, incl. decision how to allocate communication budgets for business units / focus products in the region</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross Channel Marketing Management  </strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement a cross-channel marketing strategy (for all sales channels from key account sales, partner-led sales to online sales and platform sales) along the entire customer journey from awareness, interest, consideration & evaluation, purchase, retention and advocacy</li> <li>Plan and execute cross channel marketing campaigns</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p>Education:      </p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree (Any stream) - Mandatory                          </li> <li>Masters Degree (MBA/MS/PGDM - Marketing, Communications, Digital comm., Advertising & Brand mgmt. etc) - Mandatory                       </li> </ul> <p>                                            </p> <p>Experience:   </p> <ul><li>Min. 8 years experience preferred                  </li></ul> <p>Mandatory experience in the area of communications     </p> </div></section></body></html>
