Embedded within the Marketing Analytics & Reporting team, you will be responsible for delivering clear visibility into performance metrics through the development of scalable processes, systems, and dashboards. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES/COMPETENCIES<ul><li>Analyze complex and large-scale data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics tailored to the evolving needs of internal stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate closely with analytics stakeholders to interpret requirements and build effective processes that meet business objectives.</li><li>Proactively identify and articulate opportunities to improve data workflows and processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a clear understanding of tasks and delivering precise, timely outcomes.</li><li>Possess a foundational understanding of marketing principles to contextualize data within broader campaign and business strategies.</li></ul> JOB REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience using Power BI to create business-ready reports and dashboards</li><li>Advanced proficiency in GA4 explorations and Looker Studio dashboard development</li><li>Familiarity with SQL and Snowflake (beneficial but not essential)</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively</li><li>Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including Web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience working with remote and globally distributed colleagues</li><li>Demonstrated critical thinking and a data-driven mindset</li><li>Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development</li><li>Basic understanding of marketing principles to contextualize data insights</li></ul> Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
