Maintenance Services :
•	To distribute the daily work to Engineers / Section wise in-charge as per plant & Utility job & ensure timely compliance.
•	To co-ordinate with electrical, instrument and Utility person for job related work.
•	To communicate and maintain check list of mechanical & utility equipment’s & carryout preventive maintenance as per schedule.
•	To proper coordination with   project department for  plant modification and building maintenance work.
•	To prepare daily / monthly maintenance report.
•	 To review & ensure timely compliance of plant maintenance & Utility services to plant operation.
•	To evaluate the breakdown of the equipment’s by failure analysis & implementation of corrective & preventive measures
•	For Technical Problem & Supporting for engineering activities supposed to visit on Unit-II.
•	To maintain the housekeeping work and scrap removal as per process on daily basis.
•	Coordination with Electrical & instrument Dept engineers on daily basis.
Energy Conservation
•	To inspect the functioning of instruments regularly to avoid malfunctioning & energy loss.
•	To ensure the optimization usage of resources for reduction of waste on daily basis.
•	To ensure & timely rectification of leakages / spillages to save energy in entire plant.

Safety
•	To comply & maintain the safety guidelines & procedures in the maintenance function
With coordination to all engineers.
•	To ensure & maintain the safety interlocks & guarding of mechanical system.
•	To comply and maintain the statutory inspection/legasis   with records.
Materials & Service Management
•	    To prepare Min / Max list of spares & consumables & maintain the inventory in respective plant.
•	  To verify the measurement and proceed the bills, to prepare purchase & service requisition of spares, consumables and services.
•	  To carryout inspection of received material for quality & specification with coordination to Engg. Store.
•	To make the RGP and NRGP of preparation, record & analysis & maintained the records.
Documentation
•	To prepare and maintain USFDA, all regulatory audits, customer audits, Internal audits, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS system documentation with proper record.
•	To prepare and maintain the documentation record as per GDP & cGMP.
•	To ensure compliance regulatory documents & proper record of the same.
•	To face the audits in absence of Documentation engineer.
Inter departmental co ordination :
•	To co-ordinate with purchase department for timely availability of materials & services.
•	To co-ordinate with finance department for timely concurrence of indent.
•	To support for engineering activities to CPL-2.
•	To work as a second line of Engg Dept & responsible for all type of engineering activities.
