•	Operation & Maintenance of associated systems
•	To develop Total Quality Maintenance system on all manufacturing equipment 
•	To develop workable history card system.
•	To create a PPM team to ensure thorough overhauling.
•	To ensure Preventive maintenance of all manufacturing equipment. 
•	To co-ordinate with various contractors & consultants in matters related to Engineering works.
•	Follow up for periodical Scheduled maintenance of all utility equipment.
•	Placement of PPM schedule near the concerned equipment.
•	To develop a workable History card system on all equipment to ensure the repetition of the same type of fault is ruled out.
•	All Manufacturing equipment to have components code /part no. Near the equipment to facilitate the maintenance or repairing activities.
•	To resource the material for the maintenance before placing the purchase order to save maintenance cost 
•	To suggest innovative ideas in terms of automation on manufacturing equipment for improving productivity, reduction of manpower, & reduction in production cost.
•	To be responsible for Optimum utilization and Handling of Engineering Revenue Budget as per the Amount
•	Suggestion for energy saving systems to save fuel & power.
•	Installation of all type of Energy saving Equipment’s on manufacturing equipment to increase the productivity & cost of production"
