Role Purpose:
Learning & OD will partner with the DGM – L&OD to design and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, leadership pipeline, and cultural transformation in line with the organization’s business and people priorities. 
This senior role combines program ownership with consultative engagement across businesses, ensuring that Learning & OD interventions create measurable impact on talent readiness, engagement, and performance within the pharma sector. Key Responsibilities Learning & Capability Building
 Partner with business and HR teams to conduct learning needs analysis and design relevant interventions.
 Manage design, deployment, and evaluation of technical, behavioural, and leadership learning programs across the enterprise.
 Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and innovative learning methodologies (e.g., experiential, blended, coaching-based). 
Anchor learning academies for functional areas such as Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Commercial. 

Support design and execution of leadership development journeys for emerging leaders and mid-level managers. Organizational Development & Culture.
Contribute to the design and implementation of OD frameworks such as competency models, career architecture, and role profiles. 
Support change management initiativesF.
acilitate surveys, analyze results, and co-create action plans with leaders. LMS Administration & Digital Learning.
Act as the primary administrator of the LMS, responsible for user management, course uploads, content curation, and system hygiene. 
Monitor adoption and completion rates; drive communication campaigns to boost participation..
Generate regular analytics reports from the LMS to track learning hours, compliance, and program effectiveness.
Partner with external vendors and internal IT to manage upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features. Analytics & Reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards pertaining to training attendance, feedback and measure learning effectiveness, and OD program impact, linking to LMS data.
Measure ROI of learning initiatives and report progress Performance Enablement & Engagement.
Partner with HR Business Partners to strengthen performance management processes and embed a feedback-driven culture. • Design and deliver manager capability interventions to enhance team leadership effectiveness.
Run focused employee engagement interventions to support culture and retention priorities. Analytics & Governance.
Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of external programs. • Report progress to leadership through structured updates and presentations. 

Qualifications & Experience • Postgraduate degree/diploma in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
7–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Learning & Development and OD.
Experience in pharma/healthcare/life sciences industry preferred; familiarity with compliance-led learning requirements desirable.
