As a key member of our team the person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of direct taxation for entities with the Bosch India Group, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations while optimizing our tax position. </p> <ul> <li>Handling preparation of Direct Tax Returns, Tax Audit Reports, Advance Tax Computation, Deferred Taxes and all income-tax reporting in financial statements</li> <li>Handling preparation of transfer pricing returns and studies</li> <li>Handling of income tax and transfer pricing assessments, including litigation support to external advisers / counsels</li> <li>Providing withholding tax advice to operating units, including defining / introducing process improvements</li> <li>Providing advise to business units on transfer pricing aspects of business models</li> <li>Monitoring legislative and statutory tax changes and assess potential impact to the organization</li> <li>Assisting in implementation of tax planning transactions, tax due diligence, risk mitigation strategies</li> <li>Identifying potential for tax automation and reporting and driving the same in close collaboration with various stakeholders</li> <li>Maintaining strong relationship with external advisors, counsels, statutory auditors</li> <li>Collaborating with operational units / corporate departments / other internal stakeholders to achieve business / operational objectives</li> <li>Implementation of industry best practices in tax process and reporting</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul> <li>Chartered Accountant (CA) certification required; additional certifications such as CS or CWA will be an added advantage</li> <li>Minimum of 8-12 years of experience working in the tax function of either a Tier 1 Tax Firm and /or a large multinational organization</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Indian direct tax laws and regulations</li> <li>Advanced understanding of international tax concepts and applications</li> <li>Proficiency in tax accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, SAP / other ERP applications</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail</li> <li>Team management abilities</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and presentation skills,</li> <li>Ability to interact effectively with mid-management levels and external stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to handle projects independently</li> </ul></div></section></body></html>
