Critical Job Functions and Accountabilities:Demand Planning:<ul><li>Determine MTO / MTS</li><li>Generate firm and rolling forecasts using validated statistical tools</li><li>Drive demand consensus through cross-functional partnerships to meet revenue plans</li><li>Define ROP levels using historical data</li><li>Measure and report forecast accuracy, review forecast bias, and build RCCM to improve accuracy</li><li>Effectively communicate final forecast and inventory estimations to collaborators</li><li>Update revenue blockers to drive revenue</li></ul> Supply Planning:<ul><li>Define and supervise stock levels across the network per stocking norms</li><li>Generate daily MRP through SAP / Planning tool considering the monthly forecast</li><li>Ensure timely placement of orders, follow-up for materials, and track delivery</li><li>Maintain supply consensus with business partners</li><li>Prevent controllable stock-outs</li><li>Inventory investment planning through decision paper only</li><li>Prepare, review, and circulate shippable backlog quarterly</li><li>Review and ensure accuracy of network inventory for system hygiene</li></ul> Drive SIOP:<ul><li>Prepare and consolidate SIOP data with team members</li><li>Present SIOP data and advise on forecasts and challenges</li><li>Align on management decisions during reviews</li><li>Draft and publish MOMs of SIOP meetings</li><li>Ensure follow-ups on action items from meetings</li></ul> Data Analytics and Process Improvements:<ul><li>Apply data science experience to analyze datasets and uncover trends</li><li>Implement efficiency through elimination, automation, and outsourcing</li><li>See opportunities for boosting system efficiency</li></ul> Inventory Management:<ul><li>Drive inventory planning as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)</li><li>Supervise SKU/location-level DOS performance</li><li>Engage with commercial teams to handle slow-moving and non-moving stock</li></ul> Key critical metrics:<ul><li>Days of stock (DOS)</li><li>Inventory Entitlement</li><li>Expired and Obsolete (E&O)</li><li>LIFR (Fill Rate)</li><li>Forecast Accuracy</li><li>LOTC (Supplier Fill Rate)</li><li>Visibility Accuracy</li><li>Factory performance</li><li>PPI</li></ul> Education & Experience Levels:<ul><li>Any Engineering/Graduate or a related field</li><li>5 - 8 yrs experience in relevant field</li></ul> Apply today! http://jobs.thermofisher.comAccessibility/Disability AccessThermo Fisher Scientific provides support for job seekers with disabilities needing accommodations during the application process, such as help for hearing, vision, mobility, or cognitive challenges.
